Delivery
Once you place an order, we will email you a final invoice with shipping costs for the selected delivery option and secured payment links within the next 24 hours. If you are not seeing anything, please check your Spam box as well.
The table on the right shows the approximate shipping costs for different options of the national Russian Post. The weight of each painting greatly varies but you can take the painting (60 x 80 cm) weighting 1 - 2 kg as a standard of weight. The weight of carton box and protective padding (foam or bubble wrap) should be added as well (approximately 2 - 3 kg for painting of such size). Rest assured, every painting will be meticulously packed and fully insured for its full value.
Once you pay for the order, the process of delivery will be organised as the following:
1) Processing time (1-10 days). All artworks intended for export require a cultural value permit issued by the Russian government. Processing times usually range from 1 to 3 business days for paintings under 50 years old, and up to 20 business days for paintings between 50 and 100 years old. We are always trying to shorten the processing time as much as possible. Upon receiving this document, it will be attached to the box, ensuring smooth processing through the Russian customs. While many paintings published on this website are in stock in Moscow and ready for immediate dispatch, others are sourced directly from people. Because some artists and private collectors reside in remote locations across the country, it may take a little extra time for their artwork to reach us before we carefully prepare and ship it for you.
2) Shipping time (depends on the location and carrier). As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please note that the international delivery times via Russian Post vary by destination and can sometimes take up to 45–60 days depending on the location. If you need your artwork sooner, we also offer express shipping through various private mail forwarding companies (DHL and CDEK). These are the fastest but also the most expensive methods. Feel free to contact us with any special shipping or other requests. Be informed that we are not responsible for any customs duties and taxes at your home country.
