As a general rule, we assume that all sales are final and we do not offer any refund. However, in case of special circumstances (e.g., shipping damage, lost packages, wrong or misleading items, natural disasters, rare personal emergencies and tragic events), we can proceed with refund based on consideration of evidence, negotiation with mail forwarder and insurance companies.
